Job Description

Looking for 1-4 years experienced candidates in rural sales preferably in agriculture machinery, pumps, agri inputs, drip irrigation etc. The person will lead a team of sales executives and sell our products in assigned area through a network of dealers and achieve targets. Other roles will include appointing new dealers in assigned territory and promoting products through product trials/ demonstrations, farmer/village meetings, provide market information, guiding and motivating team etc. In addition candidates should have good communication skills and must be willing to travel extensively in rural areas

Education:
UG - B.Sc - Agriculture
PG - M.Sc - Agriculture

Should have experience 1-4 yr of exp. in field related to agriculture and marketting.
