Need Analysis: Prepare market /Product Requirement Documents to capture the voice of customers; and to provide need analysis report to Product Development/R&D.
Market Intelligence: To forecast market behavior through periodic Market Intelligence in relation to our product.
Demand Estimation: Develop internal mechanism to evaluate the Region wise/Hybrid wise Demand Estimation/Sales Forecast.
Co-Ordination: To co-ordinate between PD, Sales, Production, Processing, Breeding, Finance to ensure smooth execution of marketing plan.
