Responsibilities:
To carry out the demand generation activities for Priority Products.
Monitor liquidation on regular basis in respective working area.
Develop contacts with progressive growers & maintain the record of the same.
Paying regular visit to the agricultural lands to oversee the products and practices.
Supporting dealers for increasing the sales of product.
Ensuring demand creation of a particular product in the market and launching the same in the market.
To keep a watch on the competition &making counter attack strategies to curb it.
Planning & implementation of the Sales Plan of the territory.
Organizing the farmer meetings in order to garner their feedback regarding a number of issues.
Advertising and promotion activities.
Managing & motivating the field sales force working at different block of district.
Conducting activities like farmer meetings, organizing visits of farmers to research stations, conducting
agricultural exhibitions through the Jai Kissan
Maintaining liaison with government officials of department of agriculture.
Frequent tour program at different village of the district to take care of actual field activities completed
by block level employee like demonstrations and individual farmer visit.
