3 years ( initially one year and further extendable year to year on performance basis)

Qualification:
Essential:
1. Master’s degree [M.Sc. (Ag)/ M.Sc. / M.Tech] in Plant Pathology/Biotechnology/Plant Protection/Microbiology with the condition that:
a) Bachelors degree should be of 4/5 years
OR
b) Candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder.
Desirable: Practical knowledge of plant virology and molecular biology.

Age Limit:
Max 35 years for male, 40 years for female candidates on date of interview.
