UMMB is a feed supplement meant for providing fermentable nitrogen to ruminal microflora, which is deficient in diet for the effective fermentation of crop residues. It provides energy and minerals to animals on nutrient deficient diets commonly full of roughages. During slow and steady intake of nutrients through licking. Urea-Nitrogen present in block is converted into good quality protein in the rumen-thus available to body for different functions.
