"Masti Dahi" by Amul

Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., (GCMMF) better known as Amul launched a new milk product called "Masti Dahi", country’s first ever packed fresh curd. It is available in 200 gm and 400 gm plastic tubs prices at Rs. 7 and Rs. 12 respectively.

The Masti Dahi is made from standardised milk containing 4.5 % fat and 8.5 % solids that contains no fat. It is also sugar free which does not contain any preservatives. The self-life is seven days when stored and by refrigerated at 80C. Masti Dahi is available in the western market. The markets are being serviced by the Sabar Dairy which can supply upto 10 tonnes of curd per day.
