Breeder (Cole), Karnal:-

4) National Head - Trials , Pune:-

Prepare trial protocols & decide trial locations for each crop.
To define yearly / season wise trial plan for each crop.
Proper selection of trial farmers in all areas to conduct successful trials in all crop segments & in all three seasons.
Candidate must have work on vegetable seeds around 80% and 20 % on field crop.. Experience of 15yrs+
Qualification:-  Master Of Science - Agriculture or PG in Genetics & Plant Breeding 5) Head SCM (Supply Chain Management), Pune :-Main 

Purpose of job:- 

To plan and coordinate end to end supply chain management and all cost management associated with it. To have a balance between demand and supply so as to have stock available as per the demand with optimized inventory. Candidate should have knowledge about Supply Chain Management Process, Purchase, Import /Export procedure's.

Experience of 15yrs+ of experience in SCM / Purchase function. Understanding of purchase, commercial, logistics, pricing, inventory management functions. Leadership & Team Building. Interpersonal and communication skills. Market Intelligence & commercial acumen. Negotiation skills. High Analytical Skills - for decision making.

Qualification:- Any Graduate.
